Top quality acryl enamel intended for professional car and commercial vehicles monochromatic painting. It is two-component system on the basis of hydroxyl-acrylic resin of own production. It is easy to use, durable and suitable for rapid application. Enamel is fast drying and can be applied in wide range of temperatures. It has perfect decorative properties, exceptional gloss, strength, elasticity and light fastness.

Suitable for applyin surface:

• prepared old coatings;
• primed and sanded surfaces.

Cautions:

• Painting equipment and tools should not have traces of water. Do not paint over at relative air humidity above 80%;

Mixing proportions:

Hardener: 50%
CS System Hardener – 425	t. +18ºС to +25ºС
CS System Hardener – 418	t. lower +18ºС
CS System Hardener – 435	t. +25ºС to +35ºС

 

Enamel – 100 Hardener – 50 Thinner – 10+15	18 – 22 sec. at +20ºС В3 – 4	1,3 – 1,6 mm 3 – 4 bar 2-3 layer 45 – 55 micron	8 h./+20ºС 45 min./+60ºС
