Description

High solid, two-component acrylic top coat. It belongs to a two-component acrylic system. Clear coat perfectly fills the pores and small scratches, has a good luster and resistance to oil, gasoline and atmospheric influences, which helps to protect the surface.

Suitable for applying surface

• Polyuethane and acryl top coats, metallic base

Mixing proportions:

• CS System Clear Coat 830 HS - 100
• Hardener "CS System Hardener 830 HS" or "CS System Hardener 835 HS" - 50
• Thinner  "CS System Thinner 405" or "CS System Thinner 410" or "CS System Thinner 415" - from 0 to 30

Cautions:

• applied after drying the base enamel.
• equipment and tools for the application must not have any trace of water.
• Autoluck not apply when the relative humidity of the air  is not higher than 80%.

Terms of use:

• Autoluck - 100 Hardener - 50 Solvent - 0 ÷ 30	Mix up	14 - 15 seconds at +20 º C B3 - 4	1,3 - 1,5 mm 3 - 4 bar 1.5 - 2 layers of 40 - 50 microns	5 - 15 min at 20 º C	9:00 / +20 º C 40 min / +60 º C
