Acrylic paint for thin-layer horizontal road markings

PROPERTIES	One component acrylic air drying paint with high dry residue and low content of organic solvents.
AREA OF APPLICATION	It has been designed for permanent road markingon highways and streets covered with asphalt andconcrete with service life more than six months. It isalso applied for renewal of old marking.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS	It can be applied manually and with special machineswith airless and air spraying systems

CHARACTERISTICS	High abrasion resistance, flexible, 100% adhesion to surface, UV, IR- resistant, alkali-resistant, High dry residue
COLOR	White, yellow, red, black
DENSITY	within 1,61-1,7 g/cm3
SOLIDS CONTENT	>78%
HARDENING TIME	between 12 and 25 minutes at +20°С
APPLICATION METHOD	Before application surface must be clean, dry, free ofdust, earth, mud, salt, oil and other dirt. Environmental temperature at application must be between +5°С and +35°С. Temperature of the application surface must not be below 0°С and over +40°С. Relative humidity must not exceed 85%.
PACKAGING	Metal can -30 kg
STORAGE	12 months if it is kept at a temperature of at least +5°С and a maximum of +25°С in original sealed packaging.
SAFETY	When handling it is necessary to strictly follow safety procedures and fire protection measures which are contained in the standards and technicaldocumentation of the product.
