Acrylic paint for horizontal markingat airports and heliports

PROPERTIES	One component acrylic airdrying paint with high dryresidue and low content of organic solvents.
AREA OF APPLICATION	It has been designed for the horizontal marking atairports and heliports with service life more than sixmonths. It is also applied for renewal of old marking.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS	It can be applied manually and with special machineswith airless and air spraying systems.
CONSUMPTION	Minimum 450 g/m2
CHARACTERISTICS	High abrasion resistance, load impact resistance, 100% adhesion to cover, heat-shock resistance, 100% interlaminaradhesion, high dry residue, UV, IR- resistant, alkali-resistant
COLOR	White, yellow, red, black
DENSITY	within 1,5-1,65 g/cm3
SOLIDS CONTENT	>80%
HARDENING TIME	10 minutes at +20°С
APPLICATION METHOD	Before application surface must be clean, dry, free ofdust, earth, mud, salt, oil and other dirt. Environmental temperature at application must be between +5°С and +35°С. Temperature of the application surface must not be below 0°С and over +40°С. Relative humidity must not exceed 85%.
PACKAGING	Metal can -30 kg
STORAGE	12 months if it is kept at a temperature of at least +5°С and a maximum of +25°С in original sealed packaging.
SAFETY	When handling it is necessary to strictly follow safety procedures and fire protection measures which are contained in the standards and technicaldocumentation of the product.
